* Theatre for Social Change from the Dartington Center, UK.
He conducts workshops for school children, college students, teachers, professors, principals and various educators in the industry

Thulasi Raj
Thulasi conducts workshops for students and teachers alike. Her love for theatre fueled with passion to work with children makes it a fruitful engagement for children involved.
She has completed

* Dip. Spld (Diploma in specific learning difficulties/ dyslexia) Hornsby International Dyslexia Centre, UK

Hetal Shah
Hetal handles the TFK overseeing the operations, spending time with children and is closely connected with our schools. She is also one of our lead facilitators. She has 10+ years of teaching experience with various schools across India. Her specialization in painting and crafts coupled with theatre makes it an exciting combination when working with children

A dream team to hand out dream smiles

Almas is an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. She has he BA- Economics degree from Pune University. Almas is a Post Graduate from Indus International. (Indus Training and Research Institute, Bangalore) She has taught Economics and Business Studies to IGCSE and IB DP students. She has 10+ years of teaching experience with one of the world’s largest NGOs- AKDN.
She has 15 years of experience in the HR domain with 7 years in Learning & Development in various corporates. She is certified in Behavioral Interviewing skills. She is also certified in basic theatre practice. She integrates theatre in all the trainings very tactfully in order to get the best out of her trainees.  She has been a Voice Trainer in the initial part of her career. She has been a key contributor to the theatre workshops and a certified voice coach for all the theatre work that is done at Organizational Theatre. She currently heads the Theatre for Education division and has been a pioneer in designing and delivering Theatre based ‘Faculty Training Workshops’ in India. She has designed curriculum based theatre workshops for children and has delivered multiple workshops for schools in India. She uses her years of experience in HR, training, teaching and theatre to design and deliver experiential workshops to her participants.  She enjoys tin embossment and her new found passion in drumming. She is also the co-founder of Organizational Theatre
